This holiday flower arrangement consists of eight pieces featuring a set of red poppy-looking flowers, a leafy green element and a set of white something or other (another type of flower that grows straight out of the ground or perhaps rocks? I have no idea). But it’s all very cute nonetheless and would look great as part of a larger outdoor landscape or even as part of an interior tabletop decor.
The first half of the month seemed to be really strong for the Friends calendar, but in recent days it just seems to have run out of steam. Wasn’t yesterday a single handbag or something? Some the the reviews of earlier days had me really wanting to get it, but days like today made me glad I passed up on it.
I dunno, I’d happily take all the mediocre Friends builds they can offer over the parade of boring reprint minifigures the Star Wars calendar has produced recently.
Today was a bit disappointing but overall I think that LEGO has done a great job at capturing a winter Christmas scene that builds on itself as each day goes by. I much prefer this approach to an advent calendar
I think the white stuff is supposed to be snow. But the last couple of days have been pretty “meh”. I’m still hoping for the horse & buggy seen on the box but not expecting it anymore.
